
How to receive neopoints and items safely

Neopoints
The preferred delivery method for Neopoints is via the shop. Please list junk items priced at the maximum of 999,999 NP each, in the quantity corresponding to your purchase. For example, a 50 million NP order would require 50 junk items listed at the maximum price.
For quantities larger than 1 billion, you can request a shell account. Simply put "shell account" in the 'What Neopets account should this item be sent to?*' section.
If you would like an alternative delivery method, please provide your preference under ‘Additional Notes / Instructions’ in the cart section during checkout.
Items
Items are typically delivered either as a direct gift or via a Trading Post lot, depending on the details you provide below. If a Trading Post lot is available, that will be the preferred method; otherwise, the item will be gifted directly. For direct gifts, please ensure your inventory has sufficient space and that the ‘Neofriend > NP Item Gifting’ option is disabled.
Once delivered, items will appear in your transfer log.
Using shell accounts
Whether you are managing your own shell accounts or acquiring one from another source, it is best practice to access those accounts through a separate VPN connection from the one you use for your primary account. This helps reduce the risk of activity overlap and improves account security.
Reputable VPN providers to consider include ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and Surfshark.
What NOT to do
Delay Displaying New Items: Avoid showcasing recently acquired items immediately. Allow them to remain in your SDB for a few days before drawing attention to them if they are not consumed.
Limit Early Public Activity: Refrain from posting on the Neoboards immediately after acquiring items or Neopoints. Waiting a few days before engaging in public forums helps reduce unnecessary scrutiny.
